We strive to be good stewards of the gifts the Lord has graciously given us.

The 2021 male graduates from the Port-de-Paix sewing program (except for Wilson, second from left - he’s a 2018 graduate and our part-time communications director). They made these outfits that they wore under their graduation gowns.

We sincerely appreciate everyone who partners with us. These programs wouldn't be possible without their generous support.

In an effort to be transparent, we'd like to answer some frequently asked questions related to our finances, and present our most recent financials.

As always, please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you file a 990?

Yes! As an organziation with under $50,000 in annual revenue, we are required by the IRS to file the 990-N postcard. Visit the IRS website for our filings.

Do you have paid staff?

Our small US-based staff is 100% volunteer, and they do not take a salary. We do pay our Haitian staff:

  • Our director is Haitian, and he receives a monthly salary.

  • Our three teachers are Haitian, and they receive monthly salaries.

  • One of our graduates acts as a part-time communication director, and he receives a monthly salary.

  • We pay a Haitian lady once a month to clean our Port-de-Paix classroom.

How much of my donation goes to administrative costs?

None, unless you designate it. Our Founder pays the majority of our administrative costs, so our donors’ dollars can support the sewing programs. The remainder is covered by individuals who designate it, or by unrestricted gifts like the Give for Good Louisville "bonus pools."

How much of your support comes from churches?

We receive support from churches periodically, but currently do not have any ongoing church sponsorships. If your church may want to partner, please contact us. We'd love to chat with you!

The Haiti 323 Project is changing lives in Haiti through Christ centered programs that provide a much needed hand up not a hand out. We love the concept of this ministry to change the future of entire generations by teaching and educating. We also love, trust, and admire the founder of this ministry. She is a Christian leader who had a vision and put it to work. That vision is now a reality and it is thriving and changing lives.
