A special Thanksgiving message from our students

As Thanksgiving approaches, we wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for your love, prayers, and support of the ministry. We are so blessed to have such wonderful partners.

The Port-de-Paix sewing students wanted to express their gratitude by sending you this special Thanksgiving photo. The letters on the table spell "Mèsi Anpil," which means, "Thank you very much" in Haitian Creole. None of this would be possible without you.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving,

The Haiti 323 Project Team

Give For Good Louisville Final Total

On September 14, we participated in Louisville's Largest Giving Day, "Give For Good Louisville." We were beyond blessed to raise an amazing $2,635 in a single day!

In addition to these donations, we qualified for (4) bonus pools, which were calculated based on a combination of dollars raised and number of unique donations. We just received those bonus pool checks, and the results were beyond our expectations!

The Community Foundation of Southern Indiana gave us $625.18 for being one of 27 non-profits in Clark & Floyd Counties that participated in the local giving day.

On Monday, we received a check for $1,399.40 from the Community Foundation of Louisville for reaching all (3) tiers for most unique donations. We were ranked #73 out of 500+ organizations for most unique donations during the giving day. Now, that's amazing!

This brought our total raised during "Give For Good Louisville" to...$4,659.58!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are so grateful to everyone who participated in this exciting day of giving! With your help, we raised far more than we ever imagined for our students.

The Lord has been so good to us, not just on this day, but every day. "Bondye bon tout tan" (God is good all the time).

The Purses Are Here

They're here!!!

The first batch of purses have arrived, and they're selling fast! We started with 30, and we're down to 12. Prices range from $15 - $30/each. All proceeds benefit our sewing programs in Haiti.

Each purse was handcrafted by one of of these talented Port-de-Paix sewing students, and is as unique as the student who made it.

Our next batch should arrive in mid-October, and we have plans to bring in more purses throughout the year. Stay tuned!
