Christmas Parties

Both the Port-de-Paix and Mole St. Nicolas sewing programs held their annual Christmas parties last week. In addition to some delicious food, each student and staff member received a special gift. They also made the outfits they’re wearing in the photos. Here’s a few photos of the celebrations.

Modeling his new suit

Our graduates make some amazing outfits! This is Professor Johnson, who teaches our Mole St. Nicolas sewing classes. He graduated from our Port-de-Paix program in 2018. Look at this sharp suit he made for his nephew's wedding. He also made the same suit for his nephew (the groom) and this outfit for the cute little ring bearer.

This is proof that your support of the sewing students truly changes lives. When Johnson started the program in 2015, he didn't know how to sew. Today, he teaches others how to sew and can make a variety of beautiful clothes.
