Haiti 323 Run

Join us for a fun, family-friendly 3.23 mile run/walk to raise money for the Haiti 323 Project's sewing programs.

When: Saturday, September 8 at 9am

Where: Sam Peden Community Park, New Albany, IN (Shelter House #1)

Distance: 3.23 miles (in honor of our name, which is a reference to Colossians 3:23).

Cost: $25 early registration before August 24. $30 after August 24. Day of registration does not guarantee a t-shirt.

Registration Includes: Race day t-shirt and post-race snacks.

Awards: Medals to the top male and female runners of each age group (see below; overall male and female winners excluded from age group awards). Walkers welcome!

We're seeking generous sponsors to make this event possible! 

 Your sponsorship helps by:  

  • Promoting your brand  (details below)

  • Encouraging people to get out in the community and be active  

  • Aligning your brand with a great cause that promotes skills training and entrepreneurship. Your sponsorship helps provide a “hand-up” to Haitians living in poverty.

  • Offsetting the cost of the event, which in turn helps raise more money for sewing students in Haiti. Sponsorship doubles your impact.

There are various levels of sponsorship available. Size and placement of logos on t‐shirts and website are based on sponsorship level.

Sponsorship is not limited to companies. Individuals, families, and groups can also sponsor.

PLATINUM - Donations of $500 or above

  • Receive a special PA announcement on race day.
  • Name and company logo on the t-shirt, Facebook event page, website, E-newsletters, and event flier.
  • You may also bring your own brochures/fliers/business cards to display at the event.
  • You may display up to 5 logo signs along the course.
  • Includes 4 race registrations.

GOLD - Donations of $250-$499

  • Name and company logo on the t-shirt, Facebook event page, website, E-newsletters, and event flier.
  • You may also bring your own brochures/fliers/business cards to display at the event.
  • You may display up to 3 logo signs along the course.  
  • Includes 2 race registrations.

SILVER - Donations of $100-$249

  • Name and company logo on the t-shirt, Facebook event page, website, E-newsletters, and event flier.

BRONZE - Donations of $99 and below

  • Name and company logo on the Facebook event page, website, E-newsletters, and event flier.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold free and harmless Haiti 323 Project, and any sponsors, volunteers, or organizers of this event and each of them together with their successors, assigns, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for injuries to property or person suffered by me as a result of my participation in this event. By registering for this event, I attest that I am physically fit and prepared for this event. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs of me and quotations from me in promotions for this event.

Parent/guardian must acknowledge if participant is under 18 years of age.

Yes, but we ask that you start at the back of the chute for the safety of others.

Where should I park?

There is parking at the Shelter House #1 parking lot, and at various locations around the park. 

Will there be a water station?

Yes

Are there restrooms along the course?

No, but there are some at the start and elsewhere throughout the park.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sorry, there are no refunds for cancellations.
